It is recommended that you make reservations ahead of time via the National Parks website if you want to visit either one of these places for a hassle-free experience when you arrive here at Miller’ Family Campground.

At Miller’s Family Campground we sell wood for campfires along with ice blocks and other basic convenience store items too!   

Serviced sites have 30 amp hydro connections along with water & sewer hookups while unserviced don’t have those amenities.  

Something to sleep in (tent, trailer, etc), sleeping gear (blankets, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, etc), cooking gear (pots, dishes, etc), something to cook on (stove, fire, etc), tarp to hang from trees if it rains, container to move water, container for doing dishes.

The store operates daily between 9am – 8pm. Spring and Fall hours vary. There is always someone on call for emergencies.

Sure thing ! Expect plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, forks, knives, spoons, 2 pots, a frying pan, toaster and a kettle to heat water up on the stove. if you need anything else for cooking, please bring it with you.

 Yes absolutely! Located at our main washroom building washing machines dryers accept coins both $1 & 25cents 

The nearest ones would be found in Lion’s Head and Tobermory. Please note that stores close earlier than in the city and may not be open sundays. check online before you shop.

We’re roughly 20 minutes away from Lion’s Head , 30 minutes away from Tobermory , 40 minutes away from Wiarton and 20minutes away from Bruce Peninsula National Park respectively – so all quite close!  

In our cottages you’ll find bedrooms , a 2 piece bathroom , kitchen area as well as a main living/dining room – everything that you need for a great stay with us!   

Every campsite comes inclusive of picnic table & fire pits .

Please bring all your own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets), electric appliances (radio, coffee maker, fan, etc) and food.

Yes, we have a few private showers. 25 cents gives you 5-7 min of hot water. 

Fishing FAQs

You can do freshwater fishing for bass, pickerel, northern pike, perch, rock bass and sunfish.

Yes, you must follow all provincial fishing regulations.

You will need to bring your own rod, reel, and tackle, as well as appropriate clothing and footwear.

Our cottages for rent are very affordable and costs vary depending on size.

There are plenty of activities to do while staying at one of our cottages! You can go boating, fishing, scuba diving, and exploring the Bruce Peninsula National Park.

Yes, you can! We do allow pets in our cottages as long as they are house-trained and kept on a leash. Bring blankets to protect cloth furniture please!

Yes, when you rent one of our cottages you will have access to a kitchen, a beach, and a BBQ area.
